If date and time are not updated after setting (using Watchman Monitor V1.0R1) or “Set time fail! (Database is not empty)” window appears (using Watchman Monitor V1.0R5 above)

WM3000N is not allowed to be updated date and time if there is still data in the handset. Use “Erase” function in the software to clean all data in the handset before updating date and time. If there is important data in the handset, download the data before erasing it.
