If invalid date and time like FF/IF/3F 3F:7F:04 appears on the display of WM3000N and it can’t read any tag

Use the software Watchman Monitor to update the date and time for WM3000N. (Note: WM3000N is not allowed to be updated date and time if there is still data in the handset. Use “Erase” function in the software Wathman Monitor to clean all data in the handset before updating date and time.) If that doesn’t work, it indicates that RTC (Real Time Clock) malfunction of WM3000N occurs. Send the handset to GIGA-TMS for further inspection.
