If you have added a user in [Access Control Configuration] window of the extended mode, but “User name, not allowed to punch this control!” message appears on the display of TR4030 when this card is read

Make sure the time recorder (the machine number of TR4030) on [Mach. No] list in [Control Assign] section is already assigned when you edit the user.
