If FAT810 can’t work after uploading firmware with the software Device Explore (for example, the display shows blocks when you power on FAT810 or the two LED don’t light anymore when FAT810 is on and connected with Hub via the WAS-1499 cable)

Selecting the wrong upload way to upload the firmware file will cause the terminal not be able to work. See the picture as below.

The way “Load Firmware through the Network” allows you to upload “bin” file only, not for tpc file. The way “Load Application through the Network” allows you to upload “tpc” file only, not for bin file. If the terminal can’t work due to wrong way selected, loading firmware through the serial port can rescue FAT810. However, it needs some technical skill to upload firmware through the serial port. If you have the technical skill, contact GIGA-TMS for the solution.
